District Boundaries & Office Location

The South Grand Business District is located approximately three miles south of Hwy 40/64 and one mile south of I-44.

The district boundaries are on both sides of South Grand Boulevard extending from Utah Place North to Arsenal Street.

Tower Grove Park is immediately adjacent to the northern boundary of the Grand South Grand district.

Directions From Illinois/dowtown St. Louis

Take I-64/40 West to the Forest Park/Grand Blvd. exit. Go left onto Grand Blvd. heading South. After approximately three miles you will see Tower Grove Park on your right. Immediately past the park you will come to the intersection of Arsenal St. and Grand Blvd and enter the South Grand district.

Directions From Lambert airport

Take I-70 East to I-170 South. Continue South on I-170 until it intersects with I-64/40. Take I-64/40 East to the Grand Blvd. exit. Go left onto South Grand Blvd. heading South. After approximately three miles you will see Tower Grove Park on your right. Immediately past the park you will come to the intersection of Arsenal St. and Grand Blvd and enter the South Grand district.

Directions From MetroLink

Take the MetroLink to Grand Station, and catch the #70 Grand Metro Bus, going south.

Public Parking

Two off street public parking lots are available. One is between Mangia Italiano and the King and I Restaurant. The second parking lot is immediately after Cheap TRX. Metered parking is available on the street throughout the district and some businesses have customer parking available as well.
